Nairobi gallery

People tend to use their holidays to do things that they couldn't do while working. Some of them spend their time going upcountry to visit their folks, other take their family for vacation out of town or even take them to entertainment joints while others spend it with friend parting and catching up and the rest finds this time perfect to connect with their creator.
Anyway my holiday was not the one that any employee would love to do. Throughout the holiday i volunteer as an assistant in an exhibition at the Nairobi gallery. This exhibition was important because it showcased the pictures taken during the post election violence. This exhibition was of benefit in one way of the other first i met prominent person from different field and people from all over the world for example i shook hand with Raphael tuju former member of parliament in Kenya, Chiba a renown Chinese photographer(some of his images were at the gallery),News reporters, musicians, policemen, ambassadors and foreigners among many other Kenyans.second i saw how people reacted to the images and also listened to some of the views .It was an experience that i wont forget putting in place that ,the theme of the exhibition was KENYAN BURNING. Never Forget Never Again.
If possible i would love to volunteer in other projects like this. GOD BLESS KENYA
